
Fentafriddle and Little Fentafriddle are luxury self-catering holiday cottages located on the North Cornish coast near Tintangel, Port Issac and within walking distance of Trebarwith Strand beach. Occupying a secluded, elevated position surrounded by almost 50 acres of its own peaceful farmland, Fentafriddle Farm enjoys magnificent panoramic sea views stretching for miles in each direction.
The accommodation, owned by James and Lucy Scott, is outstanding, blending stylish, contemporary luxury with delightful period character, in fact you might not want to go home. Fentafriddle provides flexible holiday accommodation for up to eight people - Little Fentafriddle offers a comfortable holiday retreat for up to four.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Fentafriddle has beautiful oak flooring throughout and a Cotswold stone floor in the kitchen. Squishy sofas, elegant cushions and Persian rugs make relaxing in sheer comfort easy. Both properties are fully double glazed and have central heating making them perfect for winter getaways as well.
Each cottage comes with a menu in case you’d like a night off from cooking The Scotts’ daughter Emily is a chef, and owns The Harbour Restaurant in nearby Port Isaac. Guests staying at Fentafriddle have a daily option on reserved tables at The Harbour Restaurant, where the menu includes freshly-caught fish landed by the village boats. Close by are many beautiful coastal fishing villages, Rock, Polzeath, Padstow and Port Issac – all with award winning restaurants, boat trips, surfing and shopping.
After a day exploring the Cornish coast or countryside you can watch the sun set over the ocean from either the terraces, decked area on the lawn whilst enjoying a chilled glass of Camel Valley and a fish barbeque.
Dogs are welcome to holiday here too with prior arrangement and there is also a Helipad for those wishing to arrive by helicopter.
