Prices include a full cooked breakfast and a daily newspaper of your choice except Sundays (No delivery!) Unlike many Bed and Breakfast establishments we will serve a full cooked breakfast up to 10.00am

Wifi now available in all rooms

All rooms have a laundry bag we will wash and air dry any clothes for you free of charge. (for bookings of 2 nights or more)

All Bedrooms have a Colour TV, Radio alarm, Hair dryer, Towels, Bathrobes, and a well stocked Hospitality tray.

Booking conditions:- We ask for a 30% deposit at time of booking with the remainder being paid on your departure. In the event of a cancellation we will refund your deposit in full providing we can re-let the room. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival 60% of total to be charged/paid unless room is re-let

At weekends and during peak summer period we sometimes refuse one night bookings unless it fills a gap with other bookings. For one night bookings we ask for full payment on booking.
