Highland Court is an idyllic Cornish retreat and the perfect place for relaxation from the stresses of every day life. A great place to stay for both short or long breaks and an excellent location for exploring all the many delights that Cornwall has to offer. All the bedrooms are beautifully presented and have been carefully designed using luxurious fabrics to ensure the utmost in comfort. All rooms feature beverage trays, fresh fruit and flowers, Egyptian cotton sheets,TV (some with wide screen and freeview) DVD, Videos, Broadband, Mini bars. Most rooms have private patios to relax and unwind on. All en suites are sparkling clean, fresh and have both baths (some with Jacuzzi Spa´s) and invigorating showers, piles of fluffy towels, bath robes, luxury toiletries and complimentary sensual aroma therapy essence candles for those relaxing or romantic soaks.

The quiet semi-rural location gives excellent access to nearby amenities, shops and the mainline railway station (London Paddington to Penzance). Being situated on the Cornish Riviera means that you can visit the nearby picturesque ports of Charlestown, Fowey, Mevagissey & Looe. For walking enthusiasts, we are very close to the magnificent coastal footpath which provides access to quiet and intimate coves and tidal creeks.

In the vicinity of Highland Court Lodge are many beautiful beaches, cycle paths, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the area is also home to an excellent golf course. Anyone wishing to play golf can visit the neighbouring 18 hole championship golf course at Carlyon Bay which you can see from the Lodge. Tee times can be arranged. For those who cannot resist the urge to launch their own boat at Fowey and sail the excellent waters, there is ample free parking at Highland Court Lodge

Super cuisine is guaranteed in the charming dining room created by the small team of chefs offering fresh, organic and local produce. Adjourning the charming dining room there is an outside balcony which provides an excellent alternative setting for dinner or a leisurely drink on warm summer evenings with total privacy. Elsewhere in the lodge, the sumptuous and tasteful lounge with cosy fire provides a sociable ambience for an evening drink, read or chat amongst friends, and in winter an escape from the cold outside.

They are serious about their food at Highland Court Lodge and take great pride in freshly preparing all dishes using a wide variety of quality local produce with care and attention to detail. Vegetarians and Coeliacs are catered for and other special dietary requirements are welcomed. That’s why we like to offer a wide choice of options to our guests. Dishes start from as little as £5.95 from their in room dining service or for something more special are the gourmet dinners which are served in the charming dining room from 6:30pm until 8:30pm by prior arrangement.

All the suites have large en suite bathrooms with plenty of space to pamper yourself and are designed to shower you with sheer indulgence by relaxing and soaking in a spa bath or revitalise in the power or drench shower, beautifully scented lotions from Gilchrist & Soames luxury toiletries, hairdryers and shaving points. The bedrooms feature super king, king or twin size orthopaedic beds, freshly cut flowers, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, mini bars, flat or wide screen TV, DVD/CD players, videos, wireless internet connection, installed regulated smoke detection equipment, iron and ironing boards, luggage racks and electronic security passes for that added security.
