Molesworth Manor, a former 17th century rectory, is now a beautiful licensed guesthouse bed & breakfast situated 2 miles from Padstow on the North Cornwall coast, recently awarded a Silver accreditation by the Green Business Tourism Scheme.

There are 9 rooms and Swallows Court Cottage, a converted barn, tastefully furnished and perfect for self-catering guests. The rooms within Molesworth Manor have all been sympathetically decorated in keeping with the building, calm colours mixed with antique furniture and lovely countryside views. All rooms have central heating and guests can also relax in the Drawing room, Library or Morning room which houses a flat, widescreen TV and can be booked to watch films or hold conferences in. There is free WIFI access and an internet terminal.

Swallows Court Cottage sleeps up to 6 with all bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The cottage has been renovated and keeps its original charm, wooden beams and slate floors are combined with central heating and modern conveniences.

Staying at Molesworth Manor is on a Bed & Breakfast basis, with delicious breakfast specials cooked each day alongside the lighter options of fruit, cereals, yoghurts and toasts. The Manor is licensed and you can enjoy a glass of wine while wandering through the attractive gardens or curled up in front of the open fire in the Drawing room.

Perfectly situated for Padstow where you will find Rick Steins Restaurants, shops, boat trips and bicycle hire along the Camel Trail. Surfing, golfing, fishing and horse riding are all available locally and those less energetic there are some perfect cliff top locations for just sitting and admiring the view.

Molesworth Manor is open to guests between February and October, and by arrangement during the remaining months of the year. It is possible to book the entire Manor for conferences, weddings, and special occasions.
