Rooms:

At Fowey Hall we have a total of 36 rooms including 12 family suites and 10 sets of interconnecting rooms, a lot of the family rooms contain double sofabeds, we can also supply ‘Z-beds’, or cots in the rooms. Many of the rooms have antique double beds,although some of the rooms in the garden wing enjoy king size beds, for those long tall Sally’s or Sam’s!

Room Descriptions:

Double – A double bedded room suitable for up to 2 adults sharing and 1 child or infant. Some rooms are not in the main house - maximum occupancy 3.

Deluxe Double – An elegant double bedded room suitable for up to 2 adults and 1 child or infant, some with estuary views, not all in the main house. Maximum occupancy 3.

Suite – A two roomed suite for up to 2 adults sharing and 2 children or infants not all in the main house. Maximum occupancy 4.

Large Suite – 2 - 3 roomed suite for up to 2 adults sharing and 3 children or infants, mostly in the main house some with estuary views. Maximum occupancy 5.

Interconnecting – Providing two bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for families. Some in the main house. For up to 2 adults and 4 children or infants. Maximum occupancy including children 6.

Deluxe interconnecting – Deluxe interconnecting room – providing two bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for families. All in the main house with estuary views for up to 2 adults and 4 children. Maximum occupancy 6.

Rates are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of VAT.

Aquae Sulis Retreat:

Treat yourself to some pampering during your stay. The facilities include 3 spectacular treatment rooms, a relaxation room an impressive spa reception area, swimming pool and changing area and a fabulous hot tub and decking area

Hints for Families:

Fowey Hall warmly welcomes families and the following hints may be helpful when making your booking.

• Many of our bedrooms are particularly suitable for families, either as Interconnecting Rooms, Suites, Coach Houses or with ample space to accommodate cots or “Z” beds.

• Children sharing their parent’s room or suite are accommodated free of charge and pay only for meals. All travel cots, extra beds and bedding are supplied at no additional cost.

• Families with babies are automatically provided with nappy bucket and changing mat. Sterilisers, bottle warmers, kettles and portable fridges are available on request at no additional cost.

• Our Ofsted Registered crèche, The Four Bears Den, is open everyday of the year from 10.00am until 4.45pm. Children can visit for up to two hours at a time for supervised fun and games.

• The hotel has a sophisticated baby listening service via the telephone system, we are also delighted to arrange babysitters with prior notice.

• There are lots of activities for older children too; table tennis, table football, pool table, computer games and a plasma screen TV in The Cooks room for movies (shown nightly during school holidays).Within the grounds, there is a wooden play area, a big trampoline and plenty of lawn games.
