Annual Prize Draw - draw to take place on or after XXXXXXX
The two night Aston Martin Classic Car break must be taken during the mid-week period; i.e. (Tues/Wed/Thurs) and is not available over the Christmas/New Year period, Valentines week nor Easter. Otherwise subject to usual car and accommodation availability.
The accommodation is provided on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Wines, spirits, lunch and evening meals etc. are not included in the prize.
The winner has the option to extend the duration of their stay and/or car hire by prior agreement with Classic Escapes Limited.
A compulsory £1,000 cautionary deposit will be held in the form of a pre-authorization against a credit or debit card. This will be cancelled upon the safe and undamaged return of the classic hire vehicle and vacation of the accommodation in good / as received condition.
Drivers must be over the age of 30 years and have held a full British driving license for at least 5 years. (Overseas drivers please call 0845 458 1108 for details). You must not have had any serious motoring convictions, bans or disqualifications in the last 10 years, nor more than 2 minor motoring convictions in the last 5 years (i.e. equivalent to no more than 6 points in this period, made up of two 3 point convictions), nor had more than one accident in the last 3 years, nor suffer from any infirmity/disability that may be relevant to the safe use of a motor vehicle. Drivers must be no older than 70 years of age
All usual hire terms and conditions apply to the use of the classic hire vehicle supplied by Cornwall & Devon Classic Car Hire. Offer does not include fuel.
The prize must be taken within one year of the draw having taken place.
The prize-winner accepts that, at the stage of claiming their prize, availability is subject to existing confirmed bookings with both Cornwall & Devon Classic Car Hire and Lewtrenchard Manor. In the instance of inflexible dates a different car may be offered to the prize-winner.
There is no financial alternative to the above prize.
